Our ‘Reflect’ Reconciliation Action Plan

The launch of our first Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) is an important step on our reconciliation journey. Our ‘Reflect’ RAP demonstrates our vision for a future of unity. One built on equality, equity and respect.

Our ‘Reflect’ RAP (PDF 12MB) showcases our commitment to:

  • Creating a safe, inclusive and diverse workplace. One that respects First Nations peoples, cultures heritage and knowledge.
  • Building stronger partnerships with First Nations staff, stakeholders and communities.
  • Providing cultural learning opportunities. Increasing understanding and recognition of First Nations cultures, histories and knowledge.
  • Improving employment opportunities for First Nations peoples.

Our ‘Reflect’ RAP is a clear statement of our commitment to reconciliation. It challenges us to listen, to lead with integrity, and take meaningful action that drives lasting change.
